Biological Tracking

The goal of this project, which is the PhD work of Raphael Reme, in collaboration between Télécom Paris (Elsa Angelini, Alasdair Newson) and Institut Pasteur (Thibault Lagache, Jean-Christophe Olivo-Marin), is to detect and track the neurons of the hydra (a microscopic aquatic animal) when they light up when in contact with a certain substance.
